Can I return or exchange something?

Yes. Every standard catalogue item, including our hand-printed garments in standard sizes, can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Wrong size? Even easier: email hello@glasog.ie, post the original back, and we dispatch the replacement as soon as you share proof of postage · we cover the postage on the replacement. Gift-box orders get 30 days for size exchanges. Only personalised pieces are excluded. Full returns details.

How long until my order arrives?

Hand-printed clothing is made to order in 1–5 working days, then shipped. In Ireland with DPD Tracked that's 2–6 working days in total from ordering. Books, gift boxes, puzzles and cards are in stock and dispatch within 1–2 working days. Every product page shows the total time for your destination.

Do you ship outside Ireland?

We ship to Ireland, the UK, the EU, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the Gulf states, Hong Kong and Singapore. Free shipping applies over €50 in Ireland and the UK, and over €70 in the EU; everywhere else postage is charged by weight, with no free-shipping tier. US orders: any import charges are collected from the recipient on delivery, so do let anyone you're sending a gift to know. Rates and times for every destination.

Will my relatives abroad pay customs?

UK: children's clothing is zero-rated for VAT in the UK, so customs charges are unlikely on most Glasóg orders. Australia & New Zealand: personal orders under the local low-value thresholds usually arrive with nothing extra to pay. United States: import tariffs currently apply to most goods entering the US and are collected from the recipient when the parcel arrives. Any charges that do arise are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.

How do I pick the right size?

Each product page has a size guide with the garment's real measurements and a height-based size finder · child's height is the quickest route to the right size. Between sizes? Go bigger, for room to grow. All charts live on our size guide page, and size exchanges are easy if you're caught out.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes · tick "This is a gift" in your basket, pick one of our greeting cards (€3.50) and write your message (up to 250 characters). We handwrite it inside the card and tuck it in before the parcel is sealed. Already have a card in your basket? We'll write in that one at no extra charge. Our ready-made gift boxes don't include a card, so add one the same way if you'd like a message inside. The Gift Box Builder has its own card-and-message step: the printed box is included free and the card is €3.50.

What's the free drawstring bag?

Spend €30 or more and we pop a free cotton drawstring bag in with your order · a reusable gift, not packaging waste. One per order; gift boxes are excluded because they arrive in their own printed box already.

Is the Irish on your clothes correct?

Yes, and it matters to us: every design uses grammatically correct, culturally relevant Irish, and each product page translates the phrase, spells out the pronunciation, and uses it in a sentence · with audio powered by ABAIR, Irish speech technology from Trinity College Dublin.
