Shipping, Returns & Delivery

Shipping

All orders are printed and finished by hand in our Wexford studio using premium inks for a vibrant, long-lasting finish. We take pride in checking every piece before it leaves, so please allow 3–5 business days for production before dispatch.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Ireland — 2–3 business days (tracked via An Post)
United Kingdom — 3–5 business days (tracked)
EU — 5–7 business days (tracked)
Rest of World — 7–14 business days (tracked)

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary during busy periods (e.g., Christmas, Seachtain na Gaeilge) or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Ireland — €4.95 (Free over €50)
United Kingdom — €6.95 (Free over €60)
EU — €8.95 (Free over €75)
Rest of World — €12.95

All shipments are tracked. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customs and Duties

Orders shipped outside Ireland may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges. These are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

For UK orders: children's clothing is zero-rated for VAT in the UK, so customs charges are unlikely on most Glasóg products. However, we cannot guarantee this.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us at hello@glasog.ie and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible — we may be able to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee this once the order has been printed.

Returns

We want you to love your Glasóg purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with EU consumer rights.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• You must notify us by email (hello@glasog.ie) within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be posted back within 14 days of notifying us
• Proof of purchase is required

Made-to-order items: As our garments are printed to your specification, made-to-order items are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law. However, if your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked postal service — we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Please allow 5–10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size where stock allows. Please contact us at hello@glasog.ie to arrange an exchange. You will need to return the original item before we dispatch the replacement.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@glasog.ie with a clear photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you, including covering the return shipping.

Your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are not affected.

Packaging

Our hoodies and sweatshirts are packed in a reusable branded cotton tote bag — not plastic. We believe unboxing should feel special and sustainable. T-shirts are packed in recyclable kraft mailers.
