This website is operated by Fernna Limited, trading as Glasóg. We are registered in Ireland with our office in Wexford. Throughout this site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Fernna Limited.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products and Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Children's clothing is zero-rated for VAT in Ireland and the UK.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing it.

Colours may appear differently on screen compared to the actual product due to monitor settings and display variations.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation email, but this does not constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation.

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full payment card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock availability, or pricing errors.

Made-to-Order Items

Our garments are printed in our Wexford studio using premium inks for a durable, high-quality finish. Some items may be printed to order. Please allow up to 3–5 business days for production before dispatch. Made-to-order timelines will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer tracked shipping to Ireland, the UK, the EU, and internationally. Delivery times and costs are outlined on our Shipping Information page.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

For orders shipped outside Ireland, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Returns and Exchanges

Under EU and Irish consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason ("cooling-off period"). To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email to hello@glasog.ie) within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us
• Proof of purchase is required

Made-to-order or personalised items are exempt from the cooling-off period under Regulation 14(4) of the European Union (Consumer Rights) Regulations 2013, as they are made to your specification. However, if a made-to-order item is faulty or not as described, you are fully entitled to a replacement or refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service for returns.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you would prefer an exchange, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@glasog.ie with a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland), your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, logos, and the Glasóg brand name — is the property of Fernna Limited and is protected by Irish and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.

We are not responsible for any content on websites linked from our site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fernna Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If you are an EU consumer, you also have access to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
